As a Registered Massage Therapist with over 13 years of experience, I strongly believe in the power of therapeutic touch and how it can impact a persons’ life in more ways than we can fully understand yet.
I invite you to experience my massage treatments, which include:
• A comprehensive review of health history, personal goals & needs (to fill this out prior to your first session, please download this intake form)
• Traditional Swedish massage therapy techniques that work with your body to bring about health and relaxation.
• The option of using either castor oil (can penetrate through the muscles and tissues up to 4 inches below skin surfaces) or apricot massage oil
• The option of including Mayan Abdominal Therapy treatment if needed
• Consultation focused on lifestyle modifications
• Additionally, herbal remedies provided by a Registered Herbalist are available through a separate consultation that may enhance the effect of massage treatments.
Massage Therapy has been around for thousands of years and has been practiced all over the world.
Massage Therapy is recognized as effective in reducing and managing pain, improving circulation and range of motion, clearing metabolic waste and by-products of tissue damage and inflammation to maintain balance within the body.
